For over ten years I have had a debilitating rattle in my left ear. The noise will come and go, so I know it is not nerve damage. The ringing of tinnitus never goes away and you can learn to live with the ringing. When my ear rattles, it consumes me - at times it seems to shake my head. I complained to several doctors. The doctors did nothing to help me and pretty much made it clear that they had no interest in my problem.
I began to try things - I was truly desperate. I got down on my knees a prayed for Devine guidance. Here is a partial list of things I put in my ear that did not help: Baby oil, mineral oil, green tea, peroxide, olive oil, Ben gay, Ring Relief, Neosporin (with pain killer), Oraljel, and more.
